Eddie Baricevic | Director

A 25-year industry veteran with experience leading creative teams across the globe, Eddie is a Creative Director with fierce ambition and an utter disdain for mediocrity. He has held senior positions at Sony Music, Becker Entertainment, Integrated Options, and was the Founder and 15-year Creative Director of edwardjames, a specialised property branding and marketing agency.

With decades of experience across residential, commercial, industrial and retail property, Eddie has led considerable creative teams on brand strategy and execution, including concepting, place design, marketing campaigns, print and digital, and end-to-end display suite design and fitout. He has guided and mentored a team of internal designers and workshopped with animation, CGI, video and photography studios. His clients have included the likes of AMP, Sotheby’s, JLL and Stockland.

Eddie comfortably liaises with architects, interior designers, custom furniture fitout providers, signage, technology integrators, and lighting experts to create immersive and innovative experiences for target consumer groups. His hands-on approach to place design pushes the boundaries of what's possible; always considering the maximum impact that can be achieved within the confines of a given space.

Outside the office, you'll catch Eddie cycling, reading, and spending time with his family outdoors.

Jem Page, PhD. | Director

An extensively-published writer and branding specialist, Jem is a multidisciplinary creative with over 18 years of industry expertise.

Having worked variously as a Creative Director, Senior Designer, and Senior Copywriter in a number of agency and in-house roles, Jem brings unique ideas and lucid expression across brand design, concept development, voice positioning, print and digital design, and long and short-form copy projects. He has led branding, marketing and copywriting projects for clients such as Origin Energy, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Sotheby's, LendLease and McGrath.

Alongside his creative career, Jem has honed research and writing skills through academic study, completing a BA with double majors in Writing and Philosophy, a Master of Creative Writing, a Master of Research, and a PhD at the intersections of poetry, music and philosophy. This academic background and broad set of interests colour his distinctively interdisciplinary approach to branding, content and design.

In addition to newspapers, magazines and online publications, Jem's work has been published in multiple leading peer-reviewed academic journals and poetry anthologies.

When he's not in the office, Jem can be found reading, writing poetry, cooking, and travelling with his new wife.
